The unisex fit, and what it means for you two

In practice that means a man and a woman ordering the same size get the same garment, and it will sit differently on each of them. Most men prefer to size up one for room through the shoulders. Most women find their usual size sits relaxed, which is what you want for sleepwear.
If one of you is between sizes, take the larger. A pajama set that is slightly big reads as comfortable. One that is slightly small reads as a mistake in every photo.
Matching means the same print, not the same size
This sounds obvious and people still get it wrong. Order two sets, pick each size separately from the dropdown, and you get the same artwork on both.

That makes sizing the risk. You know your own size. You are guessing at theirs, and a guess that comes back tight is a worse gift than one that comes back roomy. Take the larger size when you are unsure. The cut is relaxed, so a size up reads as intentional.
Skip personalization if you are guessing. A plain set in the wrong size can be exchanged. A set with a name printed into it cannot, because nobody else can wear it.
If the pajamas are meant to be opened rather than worn straight away, order them as one box and wrap the second set separately. Two people opening the same box at the same time is a small thing that lands better than one person unwrapping both.
Ordering and timing

Everything is printed after you order. Production time comes before shipping time, and December is the heaviest stretch of the year for made to order apparel. Check the current production and shipping times and give yourself more room than feels necessary, especially if the pajamas are meant to be opened on Christmas Eve rather than worn on Christmas morning.
Care
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Keep an iron off the print. The design is sublimated into the fabric, so it will not crack or peel, but direct heat will mark it.
Common questions
Do both sets have to be the same size? No. Order one set per person and choose each size separately. The print is identical across sizes.
Is the fit the same for men and women? The cut is unisex. Men often size up one for a roomier fit through the shoulders; women usually take their normal size.
Can I put both our names on one set? Each set is printed individually, so each person's set carries their own text. Type it exactly as you want it, including capitals.
