How long does my order take? Production time: 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 6–10 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 7–13 business days. Each product page shows the estimated U.S. delivery window.

 

Do all designs really come in every size? Yes! That is our whole thing. Nearly every design runs from 6M/2T to adult 5XL, so the entire family can wear the same print.

 

How does the family bundle discount work? Add 3 or more matching pieces to your cart and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.

 

What if the size does not fit? Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged for a different size, so please check our Size Guides before ordering. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong because of our error, we replace it or refund you within 30 days of delivery. See our Returns page.

 

Where are the clothes made? In our family-run workshop in Vietnam - cut, printed, and sewn to order with care.

 

Do you ship outside the US? We currently focus on the US and ship to all 50 states with tracking.

 

When should I order for Christmas? By December 5. We start a countdown on the homepage in mid-November.
