Returns & Size Exchange

Because every Hihi Global piece is made to order, we keep our policy simple and family-friendly.

 

Free size exchange: If the size is not right, we will exchange it for free within 30 days of delivery. Kids grow fast and sizes can be tricky - we get it. Just email us a photo of the item and your order number.

 

Damaged or wrong item: If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will remake or refund it at no cost. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
