Returns & Size Exchange

Because every Hihi Global piece is made to order, we keep our policy simple and generous. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

30 days, any reason. If you are not happy with your order – wrong size, changed your mind, or it is simply not what you hoped for – contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full. Personalized and custom-name items are covered too.

You keep the item. There is nothing to ship back and you never pay a return shipping fee. Just send us your order number, plus a photo if something arrived damaged or wrong.

Free size exchanges. If the size is not right, we remake your item in the correct size at no cost. Our Size Guides help you get it right the first time.

How to start a request. Email contact@hihiglobal.com with your order number, or call +1 (818) 697-6336. We reply within 1–2 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
